Vinification: checked temperature of 20°C, vats made of cement at a controlled temperature and stainless steel vats, best natural yeasts are used, 30 days peel maceration

Aging: 12 months in French barrels/ 12 months in laid bottles

Description:
Focolaia has a beautiful ruby red color with shades of burgundy. The precious aroma has particular scents of vanilla and fruit. The flavour is harmonic, soft and slightly tannic.
